1. Spam via posts or private messages is an act of belligerence - you hate it and I hate it (unless you're a spammer, of course)!

1a. Spam includes, but is not limited to:
a) Product or service offerings from a business or organization.
b) Products or services using a pyramid scheme.
c) Porn, pron, p0rn, or other "oldest industry in the world" kinda things.

2. If the topic does not relate to scooters or mopeds (or motorcycles) in general, you know you want to put it in the "Off Topic" forum.

3. No nekked photo postings are allowed in the forums! Racy but tasteful are cool, though. (Refer to 1a.)

4. Please register once. If you would like to change your screen-name, that's cool, just contact a Forum Administrator.

5. Forum Administrators/Moderators have the right to modify/delete/move inappropriate (makes others angry and doesn't abide by common courtesy) forum postings without notice.

6. Forum Administrators/Moderators have the right to modify/ban/remove ill-mannered or otherwise evil forum members without notice. (Evil has a broad definition.)

7. Use language you'd use in front of your mother and be polite to each other!

8. Please don't double-post or cross-post... you can sure "bump" your posts, though.

9. DO NOT USE CAPS LOCK FOR A WHOLE POST! DOESN'T IT SEEM LIKE I'M YELLING AT YOU? NOW DROP AND GIVE ME 20!!!

10. Ideas and opinions may be challenged, but NO personal attacks. Prove you're smarter... don't just prove you're more aggressive.

11. Moderators will not flame, or else warning will be given and penalty will be served (such as dropping and giving me 20).

12. Treat others with respect, or you will be given a slap on the wrist; failure to obey will result in further slaps on the wrist and maybe a ban from the forums.

13. No solicitation of any business or commercial websites are allowed, except with prior approval. For more information, please contact "admin@soscooter.com" or "shawn_c".

14. Everyone who wishes to participate in this forum must obey the above rules, unless political immunity is granted (by the President of the Internet)!
